Ollin Marriage & Family Therapy, Inc.
Welcome to Ollin Therapy
At Ollin Therapy, healing is not a destination — it is movement, transformation, and remembering. Rooted in the Mexica day sign Ollin, which means movement or transformation, our practice is guided by the wisdom of our ancestors, and the power of cultural memory.
We offer a space that centers the lived experiences of BIPOC, queer, and migrant communities through a reindigenized and decolonial lens. This means we honor the sacred in our healing work, integrating ancestral knowledge, storytelling, ceremony, and land-based practices with mental health frameworks.
Our approach moves beyond traditional Western models of therapy. We challenge systems of oppression that disconnect us from ourselves, our communities, and our roots. Instead, we embrace an approach that is relational, liberatory, and culturally rooted.
At Ollin Therapy, we don’t just treat symptoms. We work with you to reconnect to your truth and your path forward.

Rooted in Indigenous Ways
At Ollin Therapy, our therapists are more than clinicians. We are cultural workers, ceremony holders, and community members committed to ancestral healingand present-day wellness. Each therapist brings their own lived experience and connection to Indigenous knowledge systems, whether through lineage, mentorship, or community practices.
We support individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, and depression by integrating evidence-based mental health approaches with Indigenous ways of knowing. Trauma is understood not only as personal, but also as historical, intergenerational, and systemic — held in the body, spirit, family, and community.
Sessions with our therapists may include trauma-informed and somatic practices, nervous system regulation, and relational therapy, alongside Indigenous practices such as storytelling, connection to the elements and land, ritual, prayer, dreamwork, and community-centered healing. All work is offered ethically, collaboratively, and with cultural respect.
We walk with integrity between worlds, bridging Western mental health and Indigenous worldviews. We believe that therapy is ceremony, and each session is an invitation to reconnect with your body, your story, and your original knowing.
